Kanoka Orthodox is a black assam tea grown in Sonitpur, India. This tea is grown with natural organic processes.
This tea is hand picked and hand processed at the Kanoka Tea Estate. The hand processing results in large, full leaves that give this tea complex flavor.
It’s beautiful to watch this tea unfurl in your cup. Its aroma is subtly sweet with notes of black currant.
Suggested brewing instructions:
- 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 ounce cup
- use boiling water and steep about 1-2 minutes
- this tea brews up to 5 times. Steep longer for each successive brew.
