I want you to be happy with everything you receive from Sicilian Tea Company. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me. You may exchange any brew tools for full value credit within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Because tea is a food item, tea purchases can’t be returned. But let me know why you’re not satisfied with your tea, and I’ll make things right.
Please follow the instructions below for brew tool exchanges.
1. E-mail me at Dina@SicilianTeaCompany.com to request a return merchandise authorization. Be sure to include your name, address, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. You’ll receive a response within two business days, and I’ll let you know whether the item is returnable, or I’ll be able to send you out a new product.
2. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you to send the package to the following address:

3. Once I’ve received the returned product in good condition, I’ll give you a credit or send you the item you wanted instead within two working days. We’ll have worked this out in our email exchange.
